Furcifer closed a total of US$5 million Series A financing, led by long-time Silicon Valley venture capital Phoenix Venture Partners, as well as US strategic investors.

During the year, the Company signed multiple technology evaluation agreements with US/global leading glass manufacturers to jointly develop smart glass products targeting specifically high-end architectural and automotive applications.

The Company raised US$2 million Series Seed funds, led by Silicon Valley based TEEC Angel Fund.

Furcifer Inc. was incorporated in Delaware.
